Snorkeling
Snorkeling in Silfra is a once in a lifetime experience you don’t want to miss it. You don’t have to be a certified diver to experience the clear and beautiful water world in Silfra. At Silfra where you get the chance to float between the two continental plates whilst enjoying the clarity of the water. You will be given a dry suit and snorkeling equipment and a warm undergarment (Teddy bear suit) to wear under the dry suit. The guide will show you how to use the equipment to ensure a pleasant snorkeling trip. The snorkeling trip takes about 30-40 minutes, you will explore the four main parts of Silfra The big crack, Silfra hall, the cathedral and Silfra lagoon. The guide will take pictures on the snorkeling trip and will send them to you free of charge.
